Cellular IoT modules: APN and network setup, model by model

Each page gives, for one cellular module, the commands to set the APN of an IoT SIM, choose the radio technology and check registration, with the page of the maker’s manual they come from. Standard 3GPP commands (AT+CGDCONT, AT+CEREG, AT+CPSMS, AT+CEDRXS) work on most modules; vendor commands differ.
