VPC (Virtual Private Cloud)
Updated
A virtual private cloud is an isolated private network inside a public cloud, where you choose the IP ranges and the routing. It is called VPC at AWS and Google Cloud, VNet (virtual network) at Azure and VCN (virtual cloud network) at Oracle Cloud.
In practice
Private delivery brings device traffic into one of your cloud networks. Choose device address ranges that do not overlap with the ranges of that network, or routing between them will fail.
